Organized by Shenzhen Electronic Equipment Industry Association and Shenzhen Intelligent Equipment Industry Association and undertaken by Xinzhi Media Professional, the 4th Industrial Design “Red Sail Award” competition aimed at further improving the overall innovation level of the industrial design of electronics and intelligent manufacturing industry in our city. With the forward-looking thought and vision, it focused on new perspectives in the field of industrial design and strived to achieve the leap from “Made in China” to “Intelligently Made in China” in the course of the new exploration and new process.
Since the start of the event, it had received positive responses from a large number of companies in the fields of smart equipment, robotics, smart hardware, and electronic products, and had received 226 corporate applications. After the preliminary examination, on-the-spot evaluation, and public voting, there were 67 short-listed companies. At the final expert review meeting, experts from the jury selected 45 award-winning companies.
Han's Motion, living up to the expectations, stood out from 226 companies and 310 projects evaluations and won the "Technical Innovation Award" in the Red Sail Award for Industrial Design. This is not only the long-standing recognition and trust of the competition and the public for Han’s Motion, but also the fruit of the company's pursuit of superior quality and advocating scientific and technological innovation.

The award-winning HMHS-I series of harmonic drive is one of the cap-shaped reducer developed by Han's Motion R&D team. The flexible wheel adopts the standard structure of hollow flanges. There are large-diameter hollow shaft holes in the middle of the wave generator cam. The inside of the reducer is designed with a support bearing. The HMHS-I is a fully sealed structure, easy to install and suitable for applications of threading from the center of the reducer. It features high positioning precision and rotating accuracy.
Han's harmonic drive have always focused on improvement and innovation of technical performance, product structure, processing technology, materials, and appearance. Through the unremitting efforts of the team, it successfully broke through the difficulties of non-standard design of double-arc tooth profile, developed a breakthrough harmonic drive product, and achieved technological transformation, thus significantly improving the productivity.
